Excellent Learning Curve

-Dealing with walk in clients and students. -Answer calls,inquiries via telephone and e-mail. -I have a professional relationship with my co-workers,I have also built friendships with co-workers. -I have learnt how to deal with different personalities. -I enjoy meeting different people everyday and learning new things within the work place. -Most challenging is dealing with collection of fees.

Exellent institution

My work place is fun and interesting at the same time. Mostly I get to talk to different people everyday with different characters n attitudes, b I hav learned to keep calm,listen and then respond positively. I enjoy when my colleagues work together n advice each other from different aspects.the most challenging aspects of the job is when dealing with people who doesn't have understanding and patience.

Excellent Learning Curve

-Execute general office duties - Liaise with students and walk in clients - Deal with inquiries vial telephone, email and walk in clients - Deal with monthly payments. - Do monthly reports. - Take minutes Deal with attendance registers.
