Great opportunity to earn experience in the telecommunications field.

I manage the Social media presence for Jenny Internet and ensure customer support if problems arise and advertise what services Jenny Internet has to offer. I also bring in new customers and maintain a ongoing relationship with customers and offer a after sale service as well. I assist the Account Manager based in Randburg by assisting her current dealers that she is required to look after with new sales and growing their customer base.

Pros: I grow my experience and intelligence in the telecommunications field.
Cons: There is no growing within the company.

Excellent learning curve

My normal work days will consist of bringing in new leads. Promoting Jenny Internet on social media. Assisting our Botswana Office Manager with quotations and follow ups. I enjoy dealing with customers.

Pros: Great opportunity to further grow my experience.
Cons: Different departments fighting against each other.
