A typical working day

long working hours with a lot of pressure due to big numbers though you eventually cope A lot of hard work required -a good working relations with colleagues but less time to chat. -l leant to work with others i.e. working as a team and being able to learn new things or ways of doing things from colleagues. l enjoy seeing learners get value for their money and celebrating when they have passed their exams, it is quite fulfilling apart from the remuneration itself. Dealing with absentees and working class learners who hardly attend but appear just before writing of exams and still expect to pass like everyone else.

Excellent learning curve had a good experience

Because of the work that I’m doing its getting better when you get along with your colleagues, it makes your work very easily. I enjoyed most when we going out with children because that is when we connect more outside of of learning and schooling environment. A typical work day is when one child is not filling well had to call their parent but their phones are not going through. I learn that whatever situation that you find yourself into you have to find solution.

Cons: Long working hours
