Excellent learning curve

I've learnt a lot from jet store, things like working as a team, replenish, flat packing, time management, sales, giving eager to learn from my mistakes and also my co-workers,respect, discipline.

I am Nokuzola Dlamuka I have an experience for retail. I was at retail for 11 years. I know how to manage the store ; I know how to manage the staff .I'm a hardworker; I'm not a late caming at my work. I'm all depatment office; stockroom; till and cellphone counter. Number 0813233145

Ability to multi task across different areas of work. Commited to customer services :internal and external. Dealing with customers refunds and exchanges. Assisting customers to find goods and services.

it was nice to work with the like that and i was friendly with my colleagues because when someone was not understand the task we helped.i learnt a lot at that store life confident,friendship and so many things.

The company treats employees like saves or underdogs

I do not wish to come back to any edcon store. There is a lot of pressure from the top management and staff recognition is very low to those who are best performers. Staff work long hours and they go home late at night when its dark outside. That become victims of crime and get robbed.

Learnt how a store is managed

I usually work 5 hours a day, It was good because I love working with people always up and down.My colleagues were good to me never had a fight with any of colleagues and did everything that I was told by my boss. The only problem was unfriendly customers who were rude but I just never took them personally.
