It's a great experience working with people from different background all over Africa. Get to do multiskills job like assisting with fitters job as we work as one team on our daily tasks.

Excellent learning curve and exposure to supervisory.

I've been working for this compony for the last 4 years. In the last 3 years i worked as ab electrician. And was put acting electrical foreman to date.

Pros: I got a chance to work as foreman and got exposure to work at supervisory level.
Cons: Not getting paid for the job I'm doing.

Excellent eye opening experience

I've learned the importance of team working whereby something challenging can just be accomplished easily when working as a team. Discussing about the risk assessment prior to doing the tasks help build up a strong relationship with co-workers

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal working hours
