Normal Working hours of 8 in a day including an hour lunch and two tea times of 15min each a day. Excellent relationship with co-workers. I've learned to follow protocol, good customer service, solving customer complain, making a client a king for a come back , good communication skills, punctuality etc. I enjoy when there's a job well done. Most challenges aspects of the job are deadlines
