Excellent learning curved

It is a wonderful opportunity to work at Sterkinekor and be given a chance to grow in the company within a year. What excited most is to work with different people from different cultures, we worked as a family and adored each other. Our management made us best team ever. The challenges i met is to work on holidays untill early hours of the morning but it was rewarding. Very. Nice place to be yet looking for better job opportunities.

Under paid with no work ethic and recognition from the company. Irregularities in payment periods and uncertainty of withholding current position due to contracts never being signed

Fulfilling and challenging

My current position is facilities management coordinator. Typical work day Because it is about service delivery, i expect queries from customers, stakeholders, managements. This helps me know my sites well. I attend to all queries, I prioritize and attend to emergencies as and when it is required as well as reactive calls. I work well with co-workers in this instance, artisans, call centre and management. I've learnt that going beyond the call of duty is creates a good relationship and trust to the customers and stakeholders. I enjoy the daily challenges of the sector itself, it builds character and keeps a person on his toes. The most challenging aspect of the job is capacity in terms of shortage of staff.
