- A typical work day involve planning and scheduling of production based on depots requirements. - I related well with co-workers, always encourage my subordinates to venture into personal development. - I have learnt teamwork makes every job easier and understand diversity with team structure. - I get fulfillment when we achieve as a team on any given project, and everyone having learnt something in the process. - The most challenging aspect of my job is to consistently within red tape which sometimes limit the potential to be innovative.

This is like a new baby in the making

This was discovered as a new learning opportunity for me at a different sector from my experience in the bedside nursing. There are lot of challenges that one has to take up professionally and with good spirit in order to assist the employees I am dealing with. I haven't worked with their material data sheets and their job specifics as yet since the clinic is on its initiation process but I feel the challenge is being slow and delaying for me.

Pros: Good learning opportunity
Cons: Delay in development

Excellent learning curve

Learned a lot in the JRA, it shaped me professionally and mentally. The professionals in the entity guided, supported and were patient with us as entry level professionals.

Pros: Learned a lot of professional soft and hard skills.
Cons: There are no opportunities opening up to absolve entry level professionals as permanent employees.

Excellent Learning Curve

A typical work day is running with payment certificates to get contractors paid within 3 days. Relationships with co-workers is challenging because of the political affiliations that surround the company I have learned to work independently and has helped me learn more on the business and also not rely on selfish individuals. The job keeps you very busy which is good and keeps you out of "trouble" Being an individual and not being part of the cliques that exist.

Pros: None
Cons: No recognition, replaced by consultants trained by yourself
