Excellent learning curve

My typical work day are awesome and sometimes so challenging because we have more than 18 machines and each has its own operator of which I have to deal with different characters every single day. I have learned that sometimes the problem is not big as we think before thinking big always start from the basics when doing fault finding. And I also learned that fundamental principles and technical skills goes hand in hand. I enjoy taking responsibilities, and being able to do my job well. My most challenging aspects was when all my colleagues went away for a course in Johannesburg and I had to run a minimum of 12 packaging machines on my own.

Pros: Working for you is a great opportunity for me to do what I love nearer to home because I am originally from limpopo
Cons: I can work long hours

Good learning curve

A typical work day : start early and finish late Relationship with co-workers: very good What I have learnt: different industry but same principles What I enjoy most: working with people who wants to grow and to make it possible The most challenging aspects of the job: not enough time in a day

Pros: Hopeful for a growth opportunity
Cons: includes bi-weekly night shifts
