I found it very easy to run the company by myself with no one there as a semi advanced level

Ran 2 divisions of the teknosmart group. Work face to face with clients/customers, monitored sales and handled marketing, admin, filing, sending quotations to customers, liaise with suppliers for pricing and chasing orders. Pod chasing, invoicing customers, data capturer, stock control, correspondence, telephone monitoring, collecting and delivering of goods for the shop when required, cleaned office and shop. Organised files and chased and closed outstanding work orders. Administrator of Facebook page, sales rep, knowledge of pastel and Sysco, retail experience ,worked the switchboard, courtesy called clients, dealing with cash float, took messages and ran the day to day once the shop was opened many times on my own.i found it very easy to run the company by myself with no one there as a semi advanced level

Pros: worked on my own,under pressure,getting pricing
Cons: not having enough hands was just me in the company as a employee

That I can run a retail stir buy myself and can run a business by myself

At tekno group I ran two divisions but my sel my boss maybe came in for a hour every week,I sold thing at the retail store and I did cold calling and got orders for customers

Pros: I never got a premotion,the company retrenched me but is still open and run by manager
Cons: I worked an 8 hour shift mon-Friday
