Excellent communication

I am hard worker independent thinker and very passionate about my work. Learnership programme

I have learnt to be a team player, good computer programmer,had a good working relationship with my co-workers. enjoy working on new projects, the most challenging aspect was meeting deadlines however they were met in time anyway

Excellent Learning curve

), I was receiving learning and work experience required by the learnership with JumpCo. During the year, I've accumulated extensive industry experience which includes participation in various software and web development projects. At JumpCo, I mostly worked on the design, testing, and implementation of new JSP pages, HTML pages, Databases using SQL and Servlets. I was especially known for my exceptional work ethic and performance-driven approach. Some of my daily duties there included the development of databases and user-friendly websites, pro-active participation in team meetings with colleagues and the management, and completion of detailed reports on the progress of the assigned projects. My efforts and results were regularly recognized.

The best software company

I love working at jumpco, all employees get along very well, managers treat us well and like family. What I love the most is when we do meetings with clients, it really makes me happy to see a client happy. I also love the fact that we do presentations on projects that we are working on which makes it easier for you not to get shy in front of clients when its time to meet.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotions and deployment.
Cons: Hours are reasonable and flexible.
