GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

MY TYPICAL DAY AT WORK STARTS AT 8AM, WE HAVE A BIBLE STUDY THEREAFTER WE DIAL UNTIL 10AM HAVE A 10 MINUTE TEA BREAK AND A 30 MINUTE LUNCH AND KNOCK OFF AT 5PM. THE COMPANY IS A HUGE FAMILY ON IT'S OWN BUT IT IS VERY COMPETITIVE, IF YOU WANT TO TAKE HOME A DECENT AMOUNT AT THE END OF THE MONTH YOU HAVE TO DIAL ALL DAY AND PRAY FOR THE BEST. MORE THAN ANYTHING I'VE LEARNT MORE ABOUT HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE AND HOW TO CREATE AN OPEN ENDED CONVERSATION WITH THE VARIOUS PEOPLE I SPEAK TO EVERYDAY AND THAT POSITIVITY CAN GO A LONG WAY. THE MOST CHALLENGING PART ABOUT THIS JOB IS THAT YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW WHERE YOU STAND SO YOU STRIVE TO BE BETTER THAN YESTERDAY EACH AND EVERYDAY YOU WALK IN, YOUR PLACE IN THE COMPANY IS NEVER GUARANTEED SO YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD EVERYDAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR SPOT.

Excellent learning

I learn to alternate with different people at once and be able to deal with different personalities whole day. Patience aand understanding and being able to multi task and take load of work.

I HAVE AN EXPERIENCE

I am working in environment where is full people making money .when u enter its your desk computers , telephones and head sets . we are target driven , i always make sure i set my sale a daily target in order to reach my monthly target . there is typical work days ,when u come across with angry clients ,but what i learn is to show empathy and make sure i don not t waste time with them just straight to the point then i always end call well with them, we always work as team.i enjoy when i over make my target.
