Have 12 years Earthmoving Diesel Mechanic experience.

On my working day at the mine, i attend to mechanical as well as minor electrical breakdowns. I do call the auto ellectrician for major jobs. We work as a team with my core workers helping one another on challenging jobs. For one to have extensive knowledge in your trade, you must be willing to help and teach as well as being humble, learn from others. I enjoy realising new tricks of the trade when working. The most challenging aspect is when faced with a machine diagnostic problem and my bag of tricks is almost running empty.

Knowledge and experience

i work Monday to Friday. I enjoy developing company SHE documents. educate employees on SHE, it build my relationship with employees. I like goin to the open pit to conduct job observation. the challenges on my work is when management sometimes refuse to release employees to attend in-house trainings.
