Fair learning curve

A typical day at work will leave you extremely exhausted and feeling overworked. I may have a good working relationship with my co workers but for a person who is also a varsity student, it feels like I'm boxed into a certain way of thinking without fair chance to properly prove my worth . Being in this environment doing the type of work I do, I have learnt that apart from anything else, it is very important to be fair with your co workers and that teamwork is very vital to. The joy of completing tasks and ensuring that orders are correctly picked and packed gives me great joy even though I'd like to spread my wings and apply the knowledge I have acquired

Picker

- Pick stock then stage them - sign in and out Talk-man - Sign in and out OPUS - Drive OPUS when picking stock - I communicate well with co- workers even help each other - Do rapping of stock in order not to fall

Pros: to drive Reach Truck(RT)
Cons: work 7 to 7 day or night shift

Picking and pecking

I am a hard working and trustworthy individual who enjoys working in a team as well as alone . I am a good communicator with colleagues and client alike . I am a self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.

Pros: I got big opportunity to get promoted because I got out standing performance when it comes on picking
Cons: I working 12 hours a day
