Very good interpersonal skills. daily chairing of hearings
a tyical day at work would be chairing hearings for clients, drafting notices to attend and warnings. i have a very good working relationship with all my colleagues, we are very close. the most challenging aspect of my job is the travelling part to go service clients.
Pros: good interpersonal skills. build relationships easy. learns quickly

My skills and opportunities i was granted
I have gotten alot of experience working for the company ot has been a great learning curve where I've learned how to start chearing disciplinary hearing,I've drafted polices for clients as well as drafted a few abscondtion letters,I have done alot of administrative work where by id prefer CCMA files,draft warnings did alot of sales by getting new clients on board with the company so as a company we could assist them with the legal disciplinary side of things,the amount of experience I have gained I will forever be grateful.
Pros: in between seeing clients you could go pop at the bank do some transactions you werent able to do so via internet transactions and also monthly bounce's depending on your sales as an individual and of cause travel allowance how clients you've travelled too

Good learning company
it is a great company to start off with as you will receive great training and sometimes mentoring. It is a pressurized environment and the work culture is love.

Excellent Learning Curve
I have gained a lot of knowledge regarding labour law. I can now add that to my knowledge of hospitality management, project management and dealing with children. I am exceptional at customer service and that's what I love, dealing with clients.

Excellent work environment. Very professional. Has taught me a lot.
My typical work day includes, seeing clients, consulting, assisting with DOL audits, specializing in Employment Equity and Skills Development. I have a great, strictly professional relationship with my colleagues. I work well in a team and individually. My current job entails both team work and working individually.
Pros: Great culture
Cons: Long hours over and above normal working hours with no over time pay.

Profound learning curve
working for LabourNet was definitely a great experience at a professional corporate level, I learned a lot of things mostly time management, Adhering to Deadlines and taking pride in the work that I do. I doubt I will ever complain about the environment because most people are friendly even though we may have differences but it was a really comfortable work environment to be in.

Excellent growth prospects

Learning
I have learned a lot and everyday I learn something new, the work environment is energetic and friendly everyone is a team player most important aspect that I have learned is team work, your job is your responsibility if you don't know ask until you get it right and, ask why is our motto as well as just do it, stop quacking, know your products in and out.
