-loading and offloading of trucks -controlling the movement of stock -dispatching -team leader - i have learn the language of the meaning of the business -we were working as a family -we enjoy being at work and care each other and willing to lean any operation within the organisation. -the challenging aspects is short of stock during the picking season

Experience

I've learn the operation of cement and the machines also to maintain the plant to keep it running all the time, to grow the production on each shift. To give my all to the work I do no matter what and work as a team to achieve.
