I have worked at Ampath Laboratory for 17 years 7 month and currently at Lakesmit and Partners since February 2016. I am a peoples person and love to communicate with all genders, race groups and age groups.

Switchboard receptionist brings out the image of the company

Love to work as a team Communicate in a manner that has mutual understanding. Smile at every patient, staff which can brighten their day irrespective of how my day is. Love all age groups, race and gender and have a passion for the sick and needy. Take every call within 3 rings and transfer to the correct department or person.. Listen intentively to every caller... I am A happy go lucky person

It is indeed a learning curve

I love communicating with internal and external people. I am a peoples person. I get along extremely well with all genders and race groups with different age.I have learnt a lot in the medical field concerning the human body with the various illness. O have the passion for the elderly, children and those that cannot cope with themselves. Learning different aspects of everyday life.

Pros: getting to know all the doctors and patients throughout the world
Cons: managing the switchboard by answering within 3 rings
