Extremely busy environment, great exposure for learners.
Doctors are very demanding. The pressure of the job is not for the faint hearted but nevertheless, great exposure and experience. Especially if you are still new.

Excellent customer interaction
Hectically busy,learn something new everyday,awesome people I work with despite the language barrier, challenges of the job is having to multi task around everything so that results can get out to the clients on time without any hiccups, so working at a fast but yet accurately at the sametime and we all humans so mistakes are bound to happen but being able to pick up the mistakes before it effects results and the relationship with the client

New challenges every day
It's stressful environment but the time goes by really quick. On the go all the time. I have a good relationship with my co-workers , should they require my assistance for anything I will help them.I do believe in team work. I have learnt that people think differently and have their own ways of handling a situation. I enjoy the fact that the pathologist are happy with what you present them with.

Excellent for learning new skills
Wonderfully relationship, HOD's are bullies they don't know how to address staff properly. with colleagues No end year bonus They make you work Overtime and just decide to not bpay you You are then forced to take time off
