Excellent company with great benefits. Little room for developing within the company.

Lancet is a Great company that offers many benefits. However the hours leave little room for family and home life. I work well with my fellow colleagues as team work is essential. I am an all rounder and able to multi task. This environment has taught me to work well under pressure and to cope with constructive criticism. I am able to put my best foot foward and push through to get the job done.

Pros: reputable company
Cons: shift working and few days off.
