Learning curve

The team members of my department. Management always breathing down your neck. Workload to much. Pension and medical aid beneficial. Working with foreign countries. Having other assigments and doing your daily duties.

Great entry level position

Busy during covid-19 peaks but overall a good working experience. I got along with my colleagues and my manager was an understanding person. Working at Lancet taught me patience,how to communicate with patients and how to handle nervous, misinformed and unruly individuals correctly and calmly.

Cons: Working outdoors in extreme weather conditions

Telephone etiquette

I enjoy a challenge and being of service to others. I am a vibrant young quick learner. I display a pleasant yet professional Telephone anner. I choose to shoulder a friendly disposition at all times. One of my qualities is that I am very ambitious.

Good work environment

Good stable job they have helped me grow and gain experience in more senior roles. I have had stable employment with them for over 10 years now.sadly there isn't enough opportunity within the company for growth and at the moment

Quality Assurance officer

We audit support departments against ISO 9001:2008 and slowly introduce 9001:2015 into departments. We also audit labs against 15189:2012 and help lab maintain the QMS and accreditation status. We travel throughout the country to perform internal audits. We train during the audits. It is very fulfilling to meet different people and to see their understanding of QMS and the ISO standards. I am passionate about the implementation and maintenance of QMS.
