Have done senior store management programs

Normal day means. Making sure is ready for trading and understanding daily trading KPI and making sure staff are motivated. Corresponding with planner with stocks needed and discussion with management with previous day sales and today plan to improve or better results. Make sure staff understand/delegated the importance of daily tasks given and to be executed. The challenges are vacancies not fully filled in time of staff, because of visas complications other than that no challenges (staff availability)

Pros: Great relationship with Planners and executives
Cons: Foreign country

Team leadership

Landmark group. Splash. Looking after 50 stores UAE. Staff direct reporting to me 40 staff member. Looking after stores maintainance and staff development. VM budgets and expenses. Seasonal launches and promotions. Great activities we have in the organization every fourth week we do stores visits to hear from our staff and our customers.

Pros: Great place to work at and great culture divisity
Cons: 8hour shifts and overtime
