A good foundation

A target driven store,always customer acknowledgement. Intimate and very engaging with customer.Team player, very communicating. Ive learned the importance of values and being in a multicultural environment, learned to have my teams back and that personal and professional dobt mix and do everything to benefit the company and profitable to business.Driving bundle promotion could be challenging this ups our mergin and pushes sales and items, customers could not understand it but we have to persue

Good experience

A day at work will be long coz there is nothing much to do just standing and waiting for customers.working with co workers is always fun.I have learnt that you get wat you give.if you give good service u get rewarded with an incentive. I loved the underwear ..basically just selling...

A typical work day Action emails Advise store managers Store floor walks Store Audits Look at tracking for the day in my region hourlyS Drive turnover looking at trends meet admin deadlines lauch promotions store visits delievering IBTs Your relationship with co-workers Very open and honest What you have learnt How to effetively time manage myself What you enjoy most developing and training the managers The most challenging aspects of the job Dealing with different customers daily.

Good customer service

What I love about working at lasenza Helping customers and meeting new people every single day and helping them and giving them an excellent customer service. I also love working with my team .
