Excellent working experience

There are never dull moments in my industry and that is why I completely fell in love with it.I like the challenge of new projects and innovative thinking. A typical work day is to constantly staying on top of the game. Spotting new trends, planning new campaigns, sourcing creative ideas, managing my marketing budget. This is just a brief summary and as you can see there are never dull moments. We are a very close knitted company and I have wonderful relationships with my co-workers as well as line-managers/Directors.This has been a great experience and I have learned more then I can put into words. I have learned how to manage projects on my own, how to make tough decisions, how to manage people and so much more. It has not always been easy, but always worth it. My most challenging aspect was been throwing into the deep end, but there is where I have learned how to swim. I have been given very important projects in my career so far and loved every moment of it.

Working for L.C.S

LCS is a great company to work for. A typical day at work for me is getting busy, I have to be able to multi task answering phones, serving customers , and checking them out. I get along great with my management because I communicate well with them on everything that's taking place on the job. The hardest part of the job for me is when we don't have the items for the customers and they then become dissapointed and arent open for analternative item. The most enjoyable part of the job is when i am able to solve a problem for a customer and they become happy.

Pros: Good Management,opportunities for growth exist
Cons: less salary, no work life balance

Excellent learning curve

Working in Retail has given me an exposure to customers services which has been a pleasant experience. Pressure of meeting monthly sales targets and best sales person which would result in bonuses. This enabled me to work hard, liaise with customers and encourage them to trust our brand. I enjoy mostly giving great service to customers, the appreciation customer give out when their satisfied gives me a mind that I have done my Job accordingly. The most challenging aspect is meeting target in a season that people don't do luxury shopping, where their focus is shifted maybe to school wear then business is very slow.

Pros: Great exposure to customer service experiences and sharpening my problem solving skills.
Cons: Working 6 days a week

Learning on how to work with people

mWorking in le coq was a ecexperience ill nwv9 forget becouse i got a chance to work with amazing people . What was the most greatest thing was that we had the same mind set we all wanted to be geat at what we are doing and to acieve the cacompanys goals . abfwajsbdyxikavshdodb

Working at Le Coq Sportif is nice and enjoyable because there's no much pressure every day there is sometimes. I have learned good customer service and management skills. Stock controlling is the challenging part of my job.
