PERSONAL PROFILE I’M A MATURE PERSON WITH UNDERSTANDING AND I’M EASILY ACCESSIBLE. I’M MORE INTO PRACTICAL THAN THEORY AND I’M A HARD WORKING PERSON WHO CAN EASILY LEARN FROM OTHER PEOPLE, I BELIEVE THAT A PERSON LEARNS EVERY DAY OF HIS / HER LIFE. I LOST MY BOTH PARENTS AT A VERY EARLY AGE OF 12 AND I SURVIVED WITH MY SIBLINGS, GRANDPARENTS AND MY UNCLES. NOW AM A FATHER OF 2 BOYS (TWINS) AND I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL WIFE THEY ALL ARE MY BLESSINGS THAT MOTIVATES ME TO BE A HARD WORKER AND RESPONSIBLE FATHER. I MATRICULATED IN YEAR 2007 AND I TRAINED AN ICT COURSE AT SME THMC AND LATER GOT A SCHOLARSHIP FROM LEADERS QUEST TO TRAIN IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, I GRADUATED IN 2010 AND STARTED WORKING AS AN IT ENGINEER FOR QUEST COMMUNICATIONS AND I’M CURRENTLY WORKING FOR SOPHIATOWN MOTSWAKO ENTERPRISE (THMC) AS A PROFESSIONAL IT SUPPORT ENGINEER FROM 2014 TILL TO DATE. AND IN TEN YEARS’ TIME I SEE MYSELF OWNING SUCCESSFUL IT COMPANY

Pros: its a very good company to work for even thou sometimes we feel the pressure.
Cons: the boring part is when they postpone the pay day, and the delay of our deliveries.

Learning and coaching

le Morgan gave me the opportunity to groom my level of confidance; the ability to deal wirh different characters and how to get the best iut if each character. Also; team working was made a priority thus creating a strong workforce which helped get the best out of each individual employee. Moreso leadership style was a mainly a two way street thus giving employees a chance to air and practise their views hence Le Morgan promoted innovations and qualitative ideas. Futhermore the main reason for leaving was due to the expiring of the contract. The most challenging part was to deal with different charecters if different people everyday but the greatest lesson learnt from that is to inly embrass the positivity in each situation

Learning opportunity

i have learned to meet monthly targets and work well with other people and i have grown since i worked in this position.i have learned to stand stand strong since my tenure as a sales rep i worked more on cold calling and self approach to get leads from different prospective customers.

Pros: no room for promotion
Cons: commission based jobs are not certain that u will get a salary month end

I work well with people

I am young and hard working i'm willing to work as soon as possabel.And i have no problem with working over-time I am physical fit and i will perform the duties that is allocated to me in the best of my abilities. I am punctual,responsible,honest.

Its nice because we work with different

I Our daily work is to fibd customers directly and its nice because you meet different people everyday. I learned how to approach and talk with customers
