Teaches how to sell face to face

The company offers great training but the challenge is on the field when you have to sale expensive products and ask people you just met for their personal details.

Its a growth stage

We plan our daily activities on which marketing target we must reach, the relationship with my colleagues its a challenge but we resolve the issues, I've learnt hardwork, endurance and trusting in team work I've enjoyed traveling and whats challenging is commission and thats all and the fact I'm doing something which I haven't studying. And its challenging to sell something which most people have and we have lot of competitors who sells what we are selling.

Pros: Get to travel around the province
Cons: Getting paid in commission

It was a great learning opportunity

A typical day at the office would start really early and i would have to call clients who are behind with their payments. i had a close relationship with my co workers and i enjoyed how we helped each other and supported one another. i learn’t to be very patient, remain calm when dealing with clients. the most challenging aspect was dealing with rude clients and trying to remain professional

Excellent learning platform

Deal with customer queries. Load orders. Call customers orders. Work as a team and we have team leaders. Report to management. Great working environment and also u push yourself as an individual

Creating Ads to promote the ensuring campaigns are sent out on different media platforms.

Management doesn't care about the well-being of employees. There's no fairness in the workplace. No matter how hard you work , you won't be compensated for your efforts and salaries are not based on qualifications and salary,it's based on who in management likes you.

Pros: Platform to learn different marketing ideas.
Cons: Unhappy customers with the products.

Exciting work environment and getting to know people and places

I have build a good relationship with people from outside the company and helped me with confidence, personally driven Being able to do more than I have set myself to do

Good for a start

Selling products of Le Morgan, direct sales. there was a lot of travelling involves we introducing the products the public.I had a good relationship with my co-workers.i have gained a good communication skill with customers.

Pros: Great job since it was ma first job and with good leader.
Cons: It was not safe because at times I was required to work alone in a new places where I had to walk on the streets.

It was a great experience during trainnig

I wasnt happy cause there was no basic and otger sales representatives take ypur customer/client and the manager i was under wasnt that good we were force to get to work the most challenging aspects was making sales some of the co workers were great ypu spmetimes lnock off late depending on ypur manager or where i go
