Outstanding learning experience

The typical work of the day includes: *Doing bookings,supervise front office staff, ensuring that they complete their task given on time, do daily takings, daiy sales, operting switch board, attending emails, taking messages and etc. The relationship i have with my co-workera i would say , it is hearlthy. I have learnt to manage , supervise, to do amd diliver the best in what ever i am doing. With or with out supervision. In such that my co-workers regard me as a head of the apartnent in the aspence of director and manager of the hotel. I mostly enjoy working morning shifts, because they are very busy and challenging. The most challenging aspects of the job and of being a head is when after i have been off for a while and when i come back to work , i often find many mistakes done by my co-workers and i had to answer for every mistake to my superios.

Pros: Promoted from being a receptionist to be a front office supervisor
Cons: Busy and challenging workig hours

Excellent learning curve

- I'm a great team player as two heads are greater than one - I've learnt so much great values at Le Pearl boutique Hotel, being creative,being a go getter, being positive in everything I do. - I enjoy working with a positive team as positive ideas always come up, infact I am an influencer there for I always influence my team to be positive helping us to look forward on each day we spend at work -Pressure can be so challenging, it helps me using my calm and collected personality

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new dishes by discovering my own collecting ideas to various chefs online
Cons: Long hours
