Fast learner, hardworker , able to work on high volumes of work and achieve coals

Capturing and matching of grn and delivery Notes is one of my good qaulity's. I have to work with high volumes of work and with this I can clearly say that I have achieve all the coals the company have set for me with the ability to meet deadlines and cope with the fast paced. I love my work being part of a team and in hard time i just put a smile on the face and press harder to achieve the end production. My continued progression in what I love to do allowed me to develop my skills as a creditor clerk and bold good relations with every supplier. My good communication skills can turn every bad day into a good day. Doing payment of account is also one of my good strong points . Every day is challenging but then i just put all in.

The most challenging aspects of the job.

Lear was great company to work for. Work was very stressful as we were depending on, on time arrivals of vessels transporting the imported parts. Any delays was be communicated with management and the supply chain. Late supply from suppliers and vessel delays had an impact on airfreights. If the delays are a result of human error - airfreight cost was charged to the party at fault. If the delay was because of nature then no one was at fault - the supply Chain was informed and production was revised if the safety stock is depleted. If the safety stock is still in tact production will continue as normal. Customers were informed when the delay will affect production. Customers get new order confirmation with revised delivery dates.
