Worst company ever

There is a Afrikaans saying that describes Leeu Collection: Van bo , blink Van onder stink. This is the worst company I have ever worked for . Managements main focus is to get rid of employees and replace them with somebody cheaper or none at all. This is an unpleasant working enviroment with management not caring at all. I will not recommend this company to anybody

Excellent experience opening of new entities

Operation HR. Long hours High turnover Very formal Good work8ng relationship with all levels of staff Love working and interacting with staff watching them develop daily Great experience setting up the HR department Awesome learning curve preopening of restaurants and hotels. Also transfer of businesses.
