Excellent learning curve

Great company, very administrative work and a lot of turn around times but good support structure in company. Enjoying it here. You help a lot of people and learn a lot about mediation and pre-litigation forums.

Strategy implementations

To be part of family organisation and be give opportunity to use your abilities, achieving to company mission and vission. Learned a lot in term of teamwork, management and other soft skills. Allowed to be assertive where necessary. And achieving towards a bigger of the organisation.

Excellent learning curve for undergraduate

Legalwise is a good sector for undergraduate: to gain experience; in my current position I have learned to prepare court documents such as Motions; Divorce; Pre-trial documents; also to follow up on cases from Attorneys; update the member.

Pros: awesome opportunity
Cons: 8 hours a day

Excellent learning curve

I started wrking as branch admin but through Legalwise i managed to work my way up through internal bursaries and internal courses. I consult with clients on day to day basis but the challenging part is that files also flow in eveyday through the call centre so there is no keeping up interms of finishing your job on time and everyday. One has to juggle around for assessments but at the end you end up straining yourself, there is also not enough growth as to where I am it mean i must wait for management to resign in order to get a promotion. Tis job teaches one high customer service level and i am able to work with or without supervision. I therefore need growth and better compensation and change and i have 11 years working i the company.

Growth

A company worth working for in a junior phase with the ability to grow but limited opportunities for senior management role.Patience has been the most important part of my growth within the company but want to go further than my current position.I deal with people daily and it is a challenging aspect because of the diversity.

Excellent legal skills

I am a highly competent Advocate, with exceptional Legal Advisory skills, working as an Advocate, Member of the board of trustees, member of the finance committee, was once an assistant Director and deputy director. I’m am focused and target driven with good negotiation skills and have the ability to ensure compliance within the legal framework

Well trained

i am an admitted advocate of the high court. I enjoy working with people and in a team. I Would like to join a reputable company or join a company that can be put on a map through hard work and determination

Excellent learning curve

In my job i've learnt to to work with different group of people, i also lernt to be good in time Management, like the fact that Legalwise tought me well when it come to presatations. I really like to explore cz we were travelling a lot in order for us to reach the Target market The challenging part was when sales are at stake and we have to reach target fast

Excellent Learning Experience

Legalwise is a great company to grow and develope yourself when starting out in a legal career outside of the courts. It exposes you to different aspects of the law as well as enabling you with the tools to develope administratively. There is minimal growth after the point where I am at as most people in higher positions tend not to leave. The salary expectation is also not in line with the amount of work involved in day to day activities. You have to be driven and motivated and hard working in order to succeed here.
