Challenging yet fulfilling

Working with my current employer is exciting in terms of discovering and exploring new things and exploring new avenues. Its challenging doing new an different things, meeting people from different walks of life whilst establishing partnership's and business relationships

Pros: Getting out of my comfort zone and being challenged
Cons: At times it can be a bit quiet

Excellent learning curve and gained vast experience

Working at Lepton Scientific taught me to challenge myself continuously. Preparing and submitting tenders, sourcing partners and quotes and attending brieifings, while networking with potential clients and competetors helped to give me confidence as a sales person and tender administrator. Two roles that were very new to me. Wonderful working conditions and a patient boss who is always available to guide and teach.

Pros: Great way to open new doors and venture into new horizons
Cons: Business is only starting out - remuneration is not favourable
