I have gaind a lot of people knowledge, management and leadership skills on all levels.

Was awarded Area Manager 3 years in a row. I do have full knowledge of mill production. Have communication withICC, Mash mart, Metro Hyper group, CCW, Cambridge foods. Managing central distribution centres of key accounts to ensure customer service levels are met. I have been doing steel construction for the last 25 years. Construction of palasade fencing. burgalar bars. doors, gates and cold room hanging structures.

Excellent learning

At empowering disadvantage people also disability people by offering job and feel welcomed . We most learn to work as a team with Co workers ..the most challenging was to work under pressure if the product is in the need
