Excellent learning curve

- Management of staff, ensuring efficiency, and good customer service, handling querieis and ensuring we meet targets as team. - I relate very well with my team as I am part of them in achieveing all the set targets and objectives - I have learnt how to relate well with colleagues and customers, how to address complex challenges, how to deal with wild taxpayers in a polite way, how to investigate evasion of taxes, giving support to staff and taxpers by addressing their needs with an expectation to achieve objectives. - I enjoy dealing with customers and addressing their queries in a timely manner, I enjoying seeing my clients smile - The challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult customers who do not want to pay taxes and do not want to understand the importance of paying taxes.

I like team work

I am a good comunicator with co workers Ability to work unnder presure committed to my job when given opportunity to explore enjoys team work ability to accept people with their characters and can deal with them in harmony difficult customers are my most challenging issues at work and happy to handle them as it allows my growth in customer care

Likes team work

Works 8 hours a day Goods team work relationship working in teeams help to understand other people's opinions and helps in getting more information enjoys getting committed to my work difficult customers are more challenging but gives experience to those who deals with them to understand other peoples opinions

How is my day like

I start my days at work by checking if the systems are on-line, when satisfied with the availability of the systems, i check my emails for Incidents and request that have been logged by emails. In the process of all this i also answer to telephone calls in order to assist clients with their Incidents and Requests, i assist by logging all Incidents and Requests in the system. when logging all these Incidents and Requests i assign to the relevant technicians, i keep making follow ups with the Technicians and give feedback to the client for quality service. I relate well with my co-workers as i am able to work in a team, i have learnt a lot of experience from my co-workers and by that i really like to work in a team. The most challenging aspects of my job, is working with difficult clients but i have learned how to handle them in a positive way.

Pros: The company i work for is big and by that i learn a lot from challenges i get across, as there are a lot of challenges. I also come across new things as I come across big ideas.
Cons: You come across lot of people with different characters and have to handle them positively.

I have enrolled with the University of Northwest under the Board Examnation of Institute of Forensic Practitioners, I have already completed Course on Commercial Forensic Information Technology (CFIT) and Commrecial Forensic Accounting (CFA) and I am now studying Forensic Law and Practice in Fraud Risk Management (PFRM) to become full member of ICFP. I have completed a certificate in Business and Entreprenuership from UNISA Regional centre by Young African Leabership network I have a experince in Accounting field, I worked with NGO for 5 years then i joined the Revenue authority for 5 years now, before then i worked in an accounting and auditing firm for more than 5 years. I was a Council member of Lesotho Institute of Accountants, and serve in different sub-committee of the Institute. I was a president Junior Chamber International, I represent the chamber in formulation of many policies in government and parastatal. I am a member of YALI Regional chapter in Lesotho
