Its a bad company to work for. Only white. People in higher position.pn your head all the time. They dont care qbout your feelings. U just fo whT they tell that all

Excellent on doing my job

Hard working,looking forward to work with you,I enjoy my work everyday also I had a good relationship with my co-workers,I've learn how to manage my job and being encouraged to work extra time if it's necessary,I didn't come across with cahalleges because I love my job

Sales/marketing

Its quite nice expirence as i have to deal with challenging quieries and different customers on a dairly basis;they keep me on my toes every day as i have upsell and reach given target every month Weakness I found it so frustrating if i do my job correctly and on time and send application for disburtment then they dealy making a payout over uneccesary things. Strengh I become so motivate when me and my team reach target on time

Pros: you get recognised on beautifull things you do in this company
Cons: if you dont work hard you do not get commission
