Medium learning curve

Had to assist in Tax and Accounting department due to Tax department not being accepting of new staff. Tax staff unapproachable. Accounting staff friendly and helpful. Management not interested in making use of technology to assist staff in being more efficient in their daily duties. Working environment not attractive to keep newly appointed staff. Did obtain new exposure to other fields. Management didn't want to take responsibility for work. Client relations had to be built from scratch.

Pros: Did not have to work too much overtime
Cons: Staff are non-accepting of new-comers. Management not interested in technological changes in industry or encouraging staff to grow
