Small open plan office

Its a very nice environment to work at and the workers are friendly and we working as a team. We working 1 book and the collections department its very small, and the competition is not very high.

Excellent working environment

I have a good communication skill with my colleagues and my management...i am always willing to help and learn new things...i work good indivially and as a team ...i believe when we all achieve what's expected of the management the more we as a team get motivated and work harder everyday...i enjoy when it's competition time because it becomes more fun while working and achieving targets..

Excellent learning curve

It's small environment which makes it easy to know everyone the downside is then people chat a lot thus not focusing on work and disturbing others other than that it's OK.

Pros: Was just a relaxed environment
Cons: People neglect their work too much chatting
