Learning experience

I work independently, motivating staff to achieve targets. We are a target driven company. It's challenging getting people to pay with the economy as it is, but with perseverance and team work we accomplish a lot. I have a good relationship with my co workers as I assist alot. I love my job and have a passion for it. The best part is looking at a customers face when you help.
