I am a teamplayer and love my co workers. I'm getting well with all of them. I've grown not only in myself but learn that what you put in is what you get out salarywise. I enjoy working with debtors aswell as clients. The most challenging was target target target A typical workday was to phone debtors get promise to pays an then get proof of payment otherwise telephonic debitorder. Follow up queries. Sort out account problems

Career Opportunity and Growth

We do collections. Everyday it would be the same. Great relationship with all my peers and vice versa. I have learnt to handle customers and treat them with respect and be professional in all I do. In my job we find tough clients who is very disrespectful towards you while you trying to help them, but I have learnt to listen to them as they too have lots to deal with. I am very eager to learn more and be in a environment where my skills can create new work and opportunities for me. I want to grow as a person and grow my skills to be an asset in any business I work for.

Pros: Working hours
Cons: No growth. No reward system. No incentives. Lots of uncertainty.
