Building Character, sense of self worth and belief.
I enjoy some challenges during my day, and the feeling of overcoming it or finding solutions. I thrive when the pressure is on, I like the reward or feeling of achieving what some think is impossible, increasing my feeling of worth. I enjoy the “buzz” in a team when our goals and budgets are achieved and we all know it was achieved through group effort, as a team.
Pros: People, challenge of achieving more than my goal for the day, strategising, learning something or many new things on a daily basis, constantly upgrading my knowledge on the most recent technology

I am indvidual who work well alone and with the team.
I reads and researches extensively, I staying on top of current developments that might impact my field. I ingeniously puts the resources and tools available to my to maximum use. I demonstrates a high level of competency in the skills and knowledge required. I learn and applies new skills quickly. I needs a minimal amount of supervision to fulfill my responsibilities. I displays better than usual understanding of the interrelationship between my job and the jobs of others

LG company it was a good company because I learn a lot to that company but the hectic thing you were going to stand on you feet a whole day operating machines, doing setup, change Overs, doing 5s,but come December you will smile alone even earning less amount couse you will get bonus. There is rotation for position . Rotation assist you to learn all position at the meantime.

also enjoyed attending the team work training
Working at L.G it was greate I created a good relationship with workers to achieve on time delivery, team work .I have learned to treat people's with respect and also enjoyed attending the team work training. Make sure we reach the target on time that was challenging.

Goal oriented
I learnt that believing in yourself motivates, being goal oriented is what drives me. I am one kind of a person who doesn't take negativity from other people, i am motivated by smart workers.
Pros: I work to accomplish my tasks or my target and if i don't achieve i get worried and stressed.
Cons: I don't mind working long hours as long as it benefits the company.

Excellent career growth
Best company to work for, there are lot of chances or opportunities for career development. Employees have good relation among each other. I enjoyed year end functions. We were treated like kings and queens. The company knows how to appreciate their employees. I felt like im the part of LG or i own shares in the company. A day at work place will start with a motivation from management, though the work was tiring but the motivation will keep you working hard.
