Great experience in terms of entering the corporate world.
customer service role where we give clients payment options for outstanding premium. also have done undelivered mail and sending post to clients. The role focuses on quantity and quality that is given to clients. They Important part is reselling benefits to client on order to retain business.

Productive and growing evironment
working at liberty has made me realize how important customer service is and how important it is to follow principles and work together as a team. I learned that communication is one of the key elements to success and that each department needs the next to function as a company and will lead to a happy and satisfied client in the end. the people I work with are very hard working and enthusiastic individuals and are willing to help where the can.
