Good skills, good experience, good horticulture knowledge and technics, learned more about tools and machines that we were using on sites,more exposure to the industry exhibitions,good treatment, good customer service, problem solving skills, always ensure that adhere to the safety laws and acts, they value their employees, good presentations towards clients, customer satisfaction, they offered us free accommodation, free transportation, attending management and financial meetings where they were sharing more information about the company, the projects were finished on time always, level 1 BBBE experience, a good relationship with suppliers sometimes there lack of clients, sometimes lack of projects, lack of supervision,too much work, knock off late without any overtime payments, good house keeping, favoritism,working under pressure as the due date time wasn't enough, sometimes employees were having bad moods like bringing their personal issues at work, lack of machinery.

Gained a lot of practical expirience.

work requires dedication because its physical work, workers treat each other as family. i have learnt to work independently and working as a team. I enjoyed managing my own projects. Delaying of projects due to lack of resources.

Excellence learng curve

Working here is great oppotunity to learn. Am a tram player. i have learned to work hard an i have grown in a personal level. I enjoyed doing ouble job. This have grown me. To ckean n being a receptionist. Challenging but i made it look easy
