Why I am a Fit for Purpose person for this vacancy

We work with the public and assit them with their IT requirements. I am coping well with my co-workers within the limits of my manegerial role. My job include budget and asset management, report writing and customer relations I enjoy mostly to work with customers and addressing their needs satisfactorily. The most challenging aspect of the job is the low salary.

Pros: Opportunities for other jobs.
Cons: Limited budget.

Community Development

My work experience include Department of Labour (Client Services Officer), Matzikama Municipality (Head: Housing and Property Administration) and LBC (Centre Manager). a typical work day entails: Customer Services, Laison with stakeholders which include govermenment, provite sector and individuals from the different communities. I have an excellent relationship with co-workers, beacuse of my community involvement and sharing my knowledge and experience. I enjoyed working in the communities. The moste challenging aspects were the salary and political interference in the jobs.

Growth Opportunities

I am doing the payroll,and handle HR related issues like disciplinary hearings. I am also doing things like data and records management, report writing and asset management. I Handle workers and client's enquiries and doing quotation and invoicing. I am coping well with my co - workers. I have learnt effective Human Resources Management and IT skills. I am enjoying working with people and reaching targeted goals. The most challenging aspect is the salary is too low.
