Executive Director Lidwala Consulting Engineers February 2018 to date (Future Leader Development) • Attend board meetings and organisational strategy development workshops • Provide input and actively participate at board meetings and strategy development workshops • Attend bi-monthly coaching sessions with the CEO to act on behalf of the Chairman Projects fee value: R 500k – R 300m • Responsible for project planning, implementation as well as the close out of projects • Managing project baselines: cost, time and scope • Ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures • Responsible for the facilitation of project meetings • Addressing project team issues • Reporting on project status and progress • Client liaison and stakeholder management • Responsible for the overall administration of projects • Development of sub-consultancy agreements of service level agreements on projects • Procurement of sub-consultants on projects
