Customer service and Infrstructure Manager

I have to see to customer queries, ensure that customers receive the best assistance and response with regard to their concerns. I also have to deal with new user setups and authorisations as well as floor plans. I maintain a good relationship with my co-workers as we are working together to ensure we exceed our customers expectations as well as achieving our targeted sales goal. I have learnt the importance of customer service and achieving customer goals. Being a Manager has also taught me how to attend to matters, how to handle them, how I should treat my co-workers and those reporting to me. The main challenge is dealing with a difficult customer. When my team members are unable to resolve a query with a customer, I will intervene to assist the customer. In many instances in life, I too am a customer and would appreciate being treated with respect, therefore they deserve respect from me as well.

Great opportunity,

I have been working for Lifestyle Financial Services for over 4 years now. I started as a Sales consultant in the Outbound department. It was hectic as we used to sell debt consolidation loans to existing client and other clients can be difficult and rude. Some don't even want to give a chance to explain how the loan will benefit them. My relationship with my colleagues is great now because only now they got to understand the kind of person I am. They say i'm too serious and hard to please. I have learned to work under pressure as we also earned commission and being accurate because we captured client's details. But today I am monitoring call center call and offer coaching were applicable.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth, you just have to prove that your also eager to grow and learn new things.
Cons: I am now used to what I do and its not exciting anymore, It has become a routing.

MY JOURNEY AT LIFESTYLE

IT IS ALWAYS A BUSY DAY BUT WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE IM NOW USESED TO THE PRESSURE.WE HAVE A STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH WORKERS.I HAVE LEARNT TO MEET MY TARGET BEFORE DEADLINE.WHAT I ENJOY IS WORKING AS A TEAM

Great working environment

Great working environment ,but no growth,long working hours sometimes we are forced to work 11 hours in a day and weekends as well at times.in general its a great company to work for,

Good learning curve

I worked at Lifestyle Financial Services as a sales Consultant, it was a wonderful opportunity I enjoyed making sales, I used to make target every month,my relationship with my coworkers it fantastic. The most challenging part is making target as we deal with sales and through commission which sometimes business was not doing well but we still need to meet our targets which was challenging

An excellent development curve

I have a great relationship with my co-workers, I have learnt a lot thus far including various systems, dealing with people in different levels, the banking industry, management...etc.

Excellent learning curve

On a typical day, i arrive at work 07:30 and get my self ready for the day ahead as my shift starts at 08:00. The relationship with my co-workers is excellent as we work well together and help each each other if needed. I have learnt to be patient and i improved my communications skills. The most challenging aspect of the job is ,you need to be more accurate and make sure there are no mistakes in your work

Pros: it is an opportunity for growth and a great learning curve to gain more experience
Cons: i really don't have any problems with the working hours.

We get to grow everyday

I listen to Telesales agent's calls, Compile coaching reports and coach agents. It is interesting because when coaching them i inform them that we are a team and its not to get them fired nut to correct thier mistakes and protecting our jobs , our clients as well as the image of the company and to better ourselves

Pros: I would like to grow as a person and within the industry
Cons: When it comes to a push i cut my lunch so that i can be anle to meet my target

Good Communication Skills

Working in team. Have good relationship with my co-workers. Always making sure that I reach my monthly targets and deadlines. Compile monthly and weekly reports on time. Always willing to learn new skills. Easily adaptive.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Long working hours.
