Excellent learning curve

Pleasurable environment with lots of awesome people. I have learnt a lot about communication and speaking in a group. My accuracy has increased as I have learnt throughout the years. Lots of opportunity to learn new and exciting software packages. Working for lifestyle home shopping was exciting and enjoyable. Like most people who worked there I have grown tremendously and look forward to new challenges.

Pros: Flexibility of the management staff.
Cons: Too little monetary compensation for the work done.

Excellent learning curve

Hectic schedule. Dealing with outside stakeholders. Kpi and performance management. Reconciling foreign and SA currencies. Dealing with spread sheets and updating spread sheets. Preparation of payments which include cheques,postal orders,cash and processing of foreign credit card payments as well as SA credit card payments. Challenges ate faced daily and being proactive in my job means I can handle and deal with problems that arise daily.
