Good company to work for, chance to grow

Linde is a good company to work for, technicians and managers work hand in hand to keep customers happy, though sometimes it's becoming hard figure out problems on their machines, but with technical managers always help to get everything correct

Cons: Not allowed to work long hours unless if I've ven asked

I have had a good time in terms of mastering the hydraulics and electronics on the Linde brand

My work entails repair and service to Linde customers I drive to customer sites train drivers carry out repairs on forklifts and do product support for Linde I work in particular areas but also do standby in such a case i get to cover all Linde customers in the whole of Gauteng south In the ten years i have been at Linde i have gone through numerous inhouse training programs not to mention the expirience coupled with doing one brand for such a long time I enjoy the challenges i meet with the highly sophisticated Linde brand

Pros: No prospects of growth
Cons: Standbys can be nusty

Happy

Great team to work with, customer focus very high, team work super and have opportunity for growth. Company care about its staff, have opportunity to study and further career. Have learned working with different types of customers and with my coaching skills have managed to handle them.
