Excellence company
I had a good time we teach other alots and gain more knowledge, I have learned how to go and talk to the managers, I have learned how to do capturing. workers are loyal, friendly, we teach each other, I gained alots of skills. I have enjoyed working in a quiet environment. The most challenging moment it was when the manager tells you to make an appointment and when u are not getting clients to sign the forms.
Pros: yes for skilled people

Working at Link Africa
Working for Link Africa, has been an amazing experience, I have grown both personally and career wise in the short amount of time as been tremendous. Link Africa has a great good environment which makes working there easy and the people are great to work with. Dealing with different types of private entities on day to day basis. I have learnt to trust my judgement and work confidently. I enjoy what I do which is administration for our Permissions department, responding to Wayleave applications for other entities and updating spread sheets. The most challenging aspects is having to follow up on applications that are long over due, but we get things done at the end of the day.
Pros: Growth
Cons: Working hours
