Abilities to learn and be in different roles

I HAVE a positive customer relations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for helping people and businesses alive their risk problems. 3 years Claims Consultant Experience, solid communication skills with the ability to interact with people and the team at all levels. I am a thorough and motivated professional with strong desire to progress in the insurance industry. Thriving in a fast pace environment, I am a strong negotiator and a solid team player with an analytical approach.

A great learning and growth experience

One of the smallest in insurance and yet very family like in orientation. Great culture of support which extended beyond work, and a lot of investment into the learning and growth of staff. Worked well with everyone across the company and titles meant notii hi big. No day was ever three same and this presented challenging opportunities that stretched me, and that’s what excited me most.

Excellent learning curve

The work load is much less the same every day, doing field work to promote products. Working with clients every day is very satisfying. There is no room for promotion at this stage at the Branch, I am at the top position for the Branch.

Pros: Salary not to bad
Cons: No room for improvement
