A great opportunity to harness my legal expertise.
My current job entails taking instructions from clients and providing legal advice. What hapens is that client call the company seeking advice on how they can go about seeking recourse on their legal disputes. I have to take the facts of the subject matter from the client and try to identify what is at issue and provide lega advice to the client as to whether if the claim is brought against client does client have a bona fide defence when assessing the merits of the matter or the client wishes to instigate legal action then I have to assess whether the client has locus standi to institute a claim. What is most interesting in working for a company that provides legal insurance is that one has to keep them selves on toes with the changes that are happening within the law.
Pros: The greatest thing about the company is that it gave me an opportunity to change my life economically.
Cons: Constant pressure as there is a call centre set up and you have to move fast to reach a satisfactory monthly file count target.

Love working with people and talkin with them
I am always on the phone speaking to customers making sales throughout the day, I get along with everyone at work, I have learnt that selling legal cover is no piece of cake as it is extremely difficult but since I have always worked at call centres I am used to the pressure that comes with the job, I enjoy talking and helping all our clients on a day to day basis. The most challenging is having to cold call as most customers are irate and some can swear and be very rude to you so that's the bad part as you have to keep your cool and be professional at all times.....but I would like to work in a different environment with better money as its a struggle selling legal cover especially as the company is not that well know, so that's the most challenging part about the job itself

Excellent Learning Curve
Lipco law for all is a family orientated business. It is divided in three divisions and the division I work for is Business . It focuses on bring new clients and retaining clients that we currently have . Majority of the income comes from selling legal insurance to normal people that cannot really afford lawyers . Working for Lipco is a learning curve but the people there are wonderful a loving.
Pros: Great opportunity to make money

Great exposure to different fields of law
I have learnt a great deal to work within a team. I have been exposed to difficult to impossible clients at times and that has polished up my customer service skills and interpersonal skills. I may have up to 25 matters to work on every other day, consultations telephonically and in person. I enjoy the diary system we use as it creates structure and helps manage my files each day.
Pros: Different case scenarios each day which keep me keen to learn more.
Cons: There is no growth from my current position

Bad place to work
Over worked and underpaid. Bosses have favourite which are rewarded for mediocraty. Management constantly changes. The most challelnging aspect is getting out of bed to go there if it wasn't for supporting my family I wouldn't bother. Many hardworking individuals are broken here.

Cons: Long hours, bad management, favouritsm, nepotism, unfair pay.

Learning curve.
Lipco is a insurance company, where we take instructions and give legal advise as well as mediation. The environment that has been created has taught me a lot in the legal space, confidence practical and experience, eventually i realized that i enjoy Labour Law, Civil law is one of my favorite fields but it can be a bit challenging. My relationship with colleagues is amazing, group sessions are always fruitful.

Excellent Learning Curve and Growth
I have learnt a lot working for Lipco Law for All ,.. Interacting with different kinds of people on daily basis and getting to assist those people was a cherry on top ,,, Experience can never be bought . I got to grow as a person and as a Sales Representative .

Excellent learning curve, closer for travelling purposes,
I am currently doing reception at law for all, I relieve at front desk and also do administration duties , we are a team of 10 receptionist, we deal with different client in different provinces as well with different language barriers, I try and help our clients to the best of my ability.
Pros: the company has lots of growth opotunities

I just need a stable job
the company is okay honestly but I want a permanent position at a good company with a good basic salary which I don't have at the moment, so I do not know what is going to happen in the future as things are not getting any easier but harder honestly so I'm hoping to get a permanent position so I can rest assured my job is safe
