Great exposure
I enjoy working as a Solution Architect becuase it gives me exposure to new and cutting-edge technology such as the cloud, IoT and AI. We are predominantly working from home. I feel we need a great strategy to grow the company and achieve greater success. More people are required to build up teams dedicated on customer services.
Pros: I'm part of a team that works well together and not being micro-managed.
Cons: Too frequent restructuring happens. Limited opportunities for promotion.

Excellent exposure
I worked flexible working hours, work in the office or at hope. Worked with various stakeholders across the organisation, across various opcos across Africa. Learnt the dynamics of each countries, some would need a customized process, as an umbrella approach may not work

In particular, I configured and set up hardware, software, and peripherals and diagnosed and troubleshot problems relating to local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). Day to day work
