My place of work is a very good working place to be I really injoy my job we have a very good relationship with my co workers Me looking for another job is because I’m ready to explore other things and I’ve worked with tyres befor I know a lot about it

Greate team work
Understanding each other situation and task made strong development between us and the company. Being able to act as individuals and team couldn't make no difference because of team work.

Best learning experience
I start every day at 8 am and leave at 7 pm dont mind working some extra hours. I have a good relationship and understanding between my co-workers we all get along i don't play the friend game don't pull some of my co-workers befor others everyone should be treated equally. Learning experience is absolutely fantastic can't think of one day that i haven't learnt something new and passing on what you have learnt to your co-workers. Have to say the most challenging aspects of the day is, is doing the day end having to balance the day end report dealing with finance and banking banking being the worst thing always being extremely cereal of my serrounding best part of my day is after everything balanced and i lock up the store.

Great company to work for but at a store level there are some issues and when speaking to store owners there are no changes done about the issues brought to the table

Hard working, Honesty and also a fast learner
Start my day with cash up followed by day end report. Stock counting and placing orders. I am a strict and professional person. I am a good listener to my workmates and respect everyone that I work with. I have learnt that everyone has a role to play in my everyday success/ work that is why I believe in team work. I enjoy working under pressure and realising with customers. The biggest challenge is dealing with drunk customers but that has improved my patience
Pros: There no room for promotion. There's a great chance of learner new things
Cons: Retail always comes with long hours and I have adjusted to them

Customer service and communication
A typical work day : We work 11 hours a day with 1 hour lunch. Relationship with co-woker : Its good because we have to work together. What i have learnt : Customer service and communication. What i enjoy most : Not much. The most challenging aspects of the job : Getting paid late.

Excellent work environment
In my previous job/ current experience of assistant Store manager, I've learnt a lot from this company, as I only come with a experience of cash office assistant, but the company was open for new opportunities of an entry level assistant manager, where they provide training for the post, over went for training and gained experience in administration duties, how to communicate with sales rep to close deals, stock management

Overall good, but no space for growth, I have being working there for 3 years now and didn't get any increase in my salary, the work environment is OK, I like working with people and running a store 't know

Cooperation learning
Working with clients every day gives me strength to deal with different people and their personalities. Challenges I face everyday gives me the ability of handling different problems. People i work with come with different ideas but ultimately working as a team resolves and rectifies every problem. The only thing that i cannot really handle is working long hours and over holidays.

I enjoy reaching targets monthly maintaining a good relationship with co workers and customers
I was lucky enough to learn the ups and downs of the business side Making sure I know the target requirements and making sure we reach them Maintenance of the store and stock
Pros: This would be a great learning curve
